家蚕添食Cs,Vc,Jx化学物质血液酯酶同工酶变化的研究

摘    要:采用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法研究家蚕5龄于化蛾前逐日血液酯酶同工酶的变化情况以及添食的影响,结果表明添食蚕丝宝、Vc,甲状腺素对血液酯酶同工酶的影响是明显的。实验还发现A-2-b带酶影响蚕体重间接地影响了茧层率等性状,B区带酶与蛹生长发育有关,C-2区带酶影响克蛹造卵数大小,A-1区带酶具有自身调节功能,是血液酯酶同工酶中最重要的一区酶。另外发现Ze品种在后蛹期有A-2-b主带酶活性消失的特殊现

Abstract:The continuent changes of silkworm's Blood Esterase Isoenzyme during the period of the fifth instar larva and the pupa was analysed using discontinuous system of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,and the influence of application of Cs,Vc,Jx to silkworm on isoenzymes was investigated.The influence of the feeding on Esterase Isoenzyme was great.We found the strain of A-2-b directly affected the weight of silkworm which indirectly affected the cocoon layer ratio.The B bands related to the growth of the pupa.The C-2 bands affected the number of total eggs.The bands of A-1 were the most important Blood Esterase Isoenzymes which could adjust metabolism activity of the larva.We also found Ze strain had lost the main strain A-2-b before the state of the moth appeared.
