苎麻两系杂交组合的研究

摘    要:对 1 2 9份雄不育两系杂交组合杂种优势、遗传变异的研究表明 ,F1 的产量、株高、有效株率等均比双亲有明显的正向优势 ,鲜皮出麻率和纤维细度优势不显著 ,大多呈中间型 ,且与双亲 (特别是母本 )的关联较大。组合与亲本无性系的单蔸产量、纤维细度及经济性状的变异系数无显著差异。但可从中选到产量比本地主要品种增产 2 0 %以上 ,纤维细度在 1 80 0支以上且变异小的优势组合。

Abstract:A study was made of the heterosis and genetic variation in 129 "two line" cross combinations of ramie (Boehmeria nivea). A marked positive hybrid vigour was noticed in yield, plant height and productive plant rate in the F 1s. No significant heterosis existed in fibre content of fresh bark or fibre fineness, most of the F 1s being intermediate between their parents and prone to be similar to the female parent. No significant differences were observed between the F 1s and their parent clones in yield/hill, fibre fineness and other economic characters. A few promising combinations were obtained which over yielded the predominant local varieties by 20% or more with a fibre fineness of 1800 NM and little variation.
