瑞丽市不同小粒种咖啡品种品质评价研究

摘    要:目前,云南省咖啡种植普遍存在品种使用混杂问题,这将不利于咖啡品质的整体评价和优质优价。为破解这一难题,本研究以瑞丽市优良品种比较试验区里的10个小粒种咖啡种质资源生豆样品为材料,具体有DTARI 366、DTARI 394、DTARI 400、DTARI 403、DTARI 406,前主栽品种DTARI 7963、SL34 DTARI 52、卡杜埃DTARI 316、卡维姆DTARI 390和DTARI 398进行品质性状的鉴定及评价比较,并对10个咖啡品种进行物理性状综合得分与杯测结果进行相关性分析,筛选出适宜瑞丽区域种植的咖啡品种,以期为新品种推广应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:At present,mixed use of coffee varieties is a common problem in coffee planting in Yunnan Province,which is not conducive to the overall evaluation of coffee quality and premium price.In order to solve this problem,a comparative study of ten Coffea Arabica varieties in Ruili comparative experimental area was carried out,including DTARI 366,DTARI 394,DTARI 400,DTARI 403,DTARI 406,former main variety DTARI 7963,SL34 DTARI 52,Catuai DTARI 316 and Cavimori DTARI 390 and DTARI 398.Identification and evaluation of their quality traits were performed.The correlation between the comprehensive scores of physical properties and the cupping test results of ten coffee varieties were analyzed,and then the coffee varieties suitable for planting in Ruili were selected.The results showed that the physical properties of coffee beans had the greatest influence on the dry/wet aroma in the cupping test;the better the physical properties of coffee beans,the better the cupping test results,so as to provide theoretical basis for the popularization and application of new varieties.
