东南亚香蕉产业投资环境比较分析

运用熵权TOPSIS法,从产业发展基础、经济、社会以及基础设施4个方面,对东南亚八国2013—2018年的投资环境进行综合评价。研究表明:香蕉总产量、香蕉进出口差额、科技期刊文章以及安全互联网服务器指标对评价东南亚八国香蕉投资环境具有重要的影响。此外,人均可耕土地和外国直接投资收入指标也逐渐成为评价东南亚香蕉产业投资环境的主要指标。从空间维度上看,菲律宾香蕉产业投资环境得分保持最高分,排名第一;马来西亚、印度尼西亚紧随其后;柬埔寨、越南、泰国互相追赶;缅甸位居倒数第二;老挝排名最后。从时序维度上看,除菲律宾外的其他国家香蕉产业投资环境得分逐年上升,菲律宾综合得分总体呈下降趋势。最后,基于现有结果对提升香蕉产业投资环境提出建议。

A Comparative Analysis on Investment Environment of Banana Industry in Southeast Asia

By using entropy weight-TOPSIS method,the investment environment of eight Southeast Asian countries from 2013 to 2018 was comprehensively evaluated from four aspects:industrial development base,economy,society and infrastructure.The study showed that total banana production,banana import and export balance,scientific and technological journal articles and safe Internet server indicators had an important impact on the evaluation of banana investment environment in the eight countries of Southeast Asia.In addition,per capita arable land and foreign direct investment income had gradually become the main indicators for evaluating the investment environment of banana industry in Southeast Asia.From the spatial dimension,the Philippine banana industry investment environment score ranked first,followed by Malaysia,Indonesia,Cambodia,Vietnam and Thailand;Myanmar ranked last but one;Laos ranked last.From the timing dimension,the banana industry investment environment scores of other countries except the Philippines were increasing year by year,and the overall comprehensive score of the Philippines was decreasing.Finally,based on the existing results,suggestions were put forward to improve the investment environment of banana industry.
