孔雀草试管花卉研究

摘    要:为了丰富试管花卉材料,该试验建立了孔雀草实生苗到试管成花体系。孔雀草种子在MS培养基中萌发后,待长出2片真叶,继代到添加不同B9或者不同蔗糖浓度的培养基中,培养结果显示,B9对于植株高度没有明显影响,但严重抑制花芽形成。不同蔗糖浓度植株高度与花芽形成比较显示,随着蔗糖浓度的升高,植株高度显著降低,在30 g/L的培养基中,植株株高为8.5 cm,而在80 g/L培养基中只有6.1 cm。培养50 d统计,蔗糖30 g/L的处理,开花率为85%,而45 g/L以上的处理开花率达100%,在80 g/L的处理中单朵花期可比对照组(蔗糖浓度30 g/L)延长11 d。

Abstract:In order to enrich the test-tube flower materials,the system from seedlings to test-tube flowers was established for Tagetes patula in this study.The seedlings with two euphyllas on MS medium were transferred to MS medium containing various concentrations of B9 or sucrose.The results showed that B9 exhibited little influence on the plant height,but it significantly inhibited the rate of flower bud inducement.However,the plant height was obviously decreased when the sucrose concentration in MS medium increased,and it was 8.5 cm when sucrose concentration was 30 g/L,while it was only 6.1 cm when sucrose concentration increased to 80 g/L.After 50 days’ culture in vitro,the florescence rate was 85% when the plants grew on the medium with 30 g/L sucrose,while it reached 100% when sucrose concentration was more than 45 g/L.MS medium with 80 g/L sucrose prolonged the flowering period by 10 days in comparison with that with 30 g/L sucrose.
