摘    要:为探讨硫酸铵、氯化钙、磷酸氢二钾、植酸钙镁和葡萄糖对米曲霉产木聚糖酶能力的影响,采用5因素3水平的正交设计方法对其进行了分析。结果表明:矿物元素和葡萄糖对木聚糖酶活力均有一定的影响,其影响顺序为:硫酸铵>磷酸氢二钾>葡萄糖>植酸钙镁>氯化钙,最优组合的添加比例分别为1.00%、0.40%、0.00%、0.00%、0.00%。其最高酶活出现在固体培养的72 h,木聚糖酶活力达到537.56 U/g(P<0.05)。

Abstract:To determine the effects of ammonium sulfate,calcium chloride,dipotassium hydrogen phosphate,phytin and glucose on xylanase production of Aspergillus oryzae,the orthogonal design(5 factors× 3 levels) was used in this study.The results showed that some mineral elements and glucose could affect xylanase production,the order of their influence was ammonium sulfate> dipotassium hydrogen phosphate> glucose> phytin> calcium chloride,and their optimum addition rates were 1.00%,0.40%,0.00%,0.00% and 0.00%,respectively.The highest xylanase activity was 537.56 U/g at the 72nd hour after solid-state fermentation(P<0.05).
