摘    要:通过采用统计分析和构建计量模型的方法分析农户的化肥投入行为,找寻从微观层面降低农业面源污染的有效途径。研究发现,提高农户对化肥施用环境风险的认知水平、降低耕地细碎化程度、提高农户测土配方施肥技术的采用率、实现农户的适度规模经营等措施有利于从整体上降低农户的化肥投入水平,进而控制并降低因化肥过量投入所带来的面源污染压力。并从提高农户环境风险意识、有序推进农户土地流转、加大测土配方施肥技术推广力度、规范化肥市场等方面提出相关对策建议。

Abstract:In order to find the effective approaches to reduce agricultural non-point source pollution at microcosmic level,this paper analyzed the farmer’s behavior in chemical fertilizer input by statistical analysis and establishing the econometric model method.It was found that the following measures could reduce farmer’s chemical fertilizer input level,and control and decrease the non-point source pollution stress due to excessive chemical fertilizer input: raising farmer’s environmental risk cognition level,reducing land fragmentation degree,enhancing the adopting rate of soil testing and formula fertilization technique,realizing farmer’s farming in appropriate scale.Based on the above conclusions,this article proposed some relevant countermeasures and suggestions,such as raising farmer’s environmental risk cognition level,advancing the land transfer,enlarging the popularization of soil testing and formula fertilization technique,strengthening the management of chemical fertilizer market and so on.
