豆饼有机肥对烤烟烟叶腺毛密度的影响

摘    要:为研究豆饼有机肥对烤烟烟叶腺毛密度的影响,在山东省莒县、费县、临朐等3个地区分别用中烟100、NC55、云烟87 3个烤烟品种进行了田间对比试验。在烟叶成熟时用Olympus显微镜进行烟叶表面腺毛的观察计数并用MD30图像采集系统进行拍照。结果表明,以豆饼有机肥作基肥处理烤烟上、中、下3个部位的烟叶腺毛密度与当地常规施肥(以八福仙为基肥)处理相比均存在显著差异。腺毛密度跟烟叶品质有关,腺毛密度越大,相应产生的腺毛分泌物越多,烟叶致香物质越丰富,说明以豆饼替代八福仙做基肥的施肥方式在生产上是可取的。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of bean-cake organic fertilizer application on the tentacle density of flue-cured tobacco leaves,the field comparative experiments of three flue-cured tobacco varieties Zhongyan 100,NC55 and Yunyan 87 were carried out in Juxian,Feixian and Linqu separately.The tentacle density of the mature tobacco leaves was observed by using Olympus microscope,and their photos were taken by MD30 system.The results showed that there were significant differences in the tentacle densities of tobacco leaves between the treatment of using bean-cake organic fertilizer as basal fertilizer and the treatment of local conventional fertilization which used Bafuxian as basal fertilizer.There was relationship between tobacco leaf tentacle density and its quality.The higher the tentacle density was,the more the secretion produced by tentacle was,and the richer the aromatic matter in tobacco leaf was.The above results illuminated that it was feasible to use bean-cake organic fertilizer to take the place of Bafuxian as basal fertilizer.
