米糠中抗疲劳物质提取方法的比较研究

摘    要:与己烷提取相比,超临界CO2法对米糠油脂和蜡质的萃取率要高,分别为16.70%和4.25%,且感官品质更好,但两种工艺所获得的提取物在组成上很相似。

Abstract:In comparison with hexane extraction method,the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method could obtain higher extractive rate and better sensory quality of axunge and wax from rice bran,and their extractive rate reached 16.70% and 4.25% respectively,but the compositions of the extracts obtained by these two methods were very similar.
