| Abstract: | This paper expounded the general situation of food production,food production capacity and food consumption status in Jiangsu province,analyzed the situation of food supply and demand,the critical number of food security,basic judgment and current worries in Jiangsu province,and put forward the ideas and countermeasures which will ensure food security in Jiangsu. |
