摘    要:[目的]分析MCAR基因多态性与生长速度及背膘厚性状的遗传关系。[方法]采用PCR-Taq I-RFLP技术,检测淮猪新品系165头个体在MC4R基因D298N主效位点的遗传变异,统计分析MCAR基因型与日增重和活体背膘厚性状的关联性。[结果]结果表明,淮猪新品系猪群中存在着丰富的MC4R基因多态性,其AA型个体的生长速度明显快于BB型个体(P〈0.01);从型个体的活体背膘厚明显比BB型个体薄(P〈0.05);AB型个体均处于中间。[结论]该研究进一步验证了MC4R基因对猪生长肥育性状的影响效应,为MG4R基因作为淮猪新品系的分子遗传标记提供可能性。

Studies on Polymorphisms of the MC4R Gene in New-strain Huai Pig Breed and Its Effects on Growth and Back-fat Traits

Abstract:[Objective] The purpose of this research was to analyze genetic relationship between MC4R gene polymorphisms and growth rate and back-fat traits of Huai pig.[Method]One hundred and sixty-five new-strain Huai pigs(new-strian Huai pigs were from 1 indigenous breed and 2 western commercial breed resource population) were genotyped at the MC4R Asp298Asn locus using PCR-Taq I-RFLP.Association analysis was performed to evaluate the correlation of the MC4R polymorphisms with the average daily gains(body weight from 30 to 60 kg and from 60 to 90 kg) and the back fat at the hip joint.[Result]The results showed that MC4R Asp298Asn substitution was significantly associated with the growth and the back fat thickness in new-strian Huai pigs.The individuals having the AA genotype(including 156 and 70 bp) were faster-growing animals comparing with BB(only including 226 bp) individuals(P<0.01).The individuals having the AA genotype were thinner than BB(P<0.05) and AB individuals(P>0.05).[Conclusion]This study further convinced that MC4R have significant effects on the growth and fatness traits in pigs and provided basic data for that MC4R gene will be used as molecular genetic marker in new-strian Huai pigs.
