香菇柄中多糖的加压提取工艺研究

摘    要:研究了加压提取香菇柄中多糖的效果,结果表明:与热水恒温浸提法相比加压浸提法可明显提高浸提率;最佳浸提条件为料水比1∶20,浸提次数为2次,压力为0.1 MPa,浸提时间为1 h,在该条件下香菇多糖提取率可达93%。

Abstract:The effect of extracting technique added with pressure of polysaccharide from the foot body of Lentinula edodes was studied.The result was that adding pressure could increase the rate of extraction.The best condition was that water was 20 multiple compared with the material;there were twice extractions for one hour and the pressure was 0.1 MPa.The rate of extraction could reach 93%.
