摘    要:对蔗茎含糖量低,纤维分高的晋江割手密、崖城割手密(Saccharum spontaneum L.),崖城斑茅(S.arundinaceum Retz.)三个野生种,含糖量中等的松溪竹蔗(S.sinense Roxb.)、春尼(S.barberi Jesw.)、黑车里本(S.officinarum L.)三个原始栽培种和目前在我省大面积种植或推广的台糖134,闽糖70/611、福引79-9三个高糖品种不同生育期的叶片做了解剖比较。结果表明,高糖甘蔗的叶片具有较多的叶脉数,较高的中小脉数/大脉数比值和较低的总脉数/叶宽比值。方差分析表明,含糖量不同的三个类型的甘蔗之间,这些解剖特征的差异程度都达到显著或极显著水平;同一种或品种在不同生长期取样所获的总脉数/叶宽比值差异不显著,可作为预测蔗茎含量糖的一个有价值的参数。

Abstract:The object of this study is to compare leaf anatomical characters of 9 species or varieties in the sugarcane,i.e 3 poor sugar species:Saccharum spontaneum L. (Jinjiang),S.spontaneum L.(Ya County) and S.arundina- ceum Retz.(Ya County);3 medium sugar producing species:S.sinense Roxb.(Songxi),S.barberi Jesw.and S.ofieinarum L.and 3 rich sugar varieties:Taitang 134,Mintang 70/611 and Fujin 79-9.The following results are presented,all the rich sugarcane varieties possessed high vein numbers,high ratio of medium vein and minimal vein numbers to major vein numbers and also with lower ratio of total vein numbers to leaf width. Variance analysis revealed that the difference in these leaf anatomical characters of 3 types of sugar content of cane appeared very significant. The ratio of total vein numbers to leaf width is to be considered as a reliable parameter while the difference in various sampling dates are not significant,The finding here may be employed to calculate and predict the sugar content of cane.
