| 摘 要： | 对提高中纤板（ＭＤＦ）生产中管道施胶的均匀性进行了探讨，通过生产实践验证表明，提高热磨机纤维排放管里物料运动的雷诺数、能大大提高管道施胶的均匀性，从而降低胶耗，消除板面胶斑，提高产品外观质量和等级率。

| Abstract: | In this paper the glue spreading homogeneity of blow-line blending method in MDF production is discussed.The productionpractice shows that by increasing the REYNOLOS Number of material movement in the refiner discharge pipe,the glue spreading homogeneity of blow-line blending can be tremendously improved,which decreases resin consumption,eliminates resin spots on board surface,and thus,im-proves the appearance quality and grade of products. |
