车辆驱动桥噪声控制研究

摘    要:驱动桥噪声是车辆噪声的主要来源之一,研究并控制车辆噪声对于环境保护具有重要的现实意义。通过分析研究,确定了驱动桥噪声主要是锥齿轮振动和冲击而产生的驱动桥表面的声辐射,提出了减少驱动桥振动和提高驱动桥抗振性能是降低驱动桥噪声的主要途径。对阻尼减振降噪技术和亥姆霍兹共振腔降噪技术进行了试验研究,结果表明,两种降噪技术具有显著的降噪效果,在车辆驱动桥噪声和振动控制方面具有广阔的应用前景。

Study on Noise Control of Vehicle Drive Axle
Abstract:The drive axle's noise is one of the main sources of vehicle noises.Research and control of vehicle noises for environmental protection is an important realistic significance.The analysis shows that the transaxle's noise is main acoustic radiation on the transaxle's surface generated by vibration and shock of the bevel gears.The major routes that can reduce the noise are proposed.The test study is carried out by using damping vibration and helmholtz resonator noise reduction technologies,and the results show that two types of noise reduction technologies have significant noise reduction effect,which has broad application prospects in noise and vibration control of the vehicle drive axles.
