我国甘蔗生产可持续发展潜力探讨

摘    要:通过对我国近15年原料甘蔗的生产特点以及影响甘蔗发展的主要因素分析,探讨了我国甘蔗生产可持续发展的潜力,指出我国食糖消费前景广阔,为甘蔗生产带来了发展空间;蔗糖产量的增加主要靠甘蔗单产和蔗糖分的提高来实现,而扩大种植面积的潜力非常有限;能源短缺给甘蔗生产带来了新的发展空间。同时还提出提升我国甘蔗生产可持续发展潜力的相应措施,如培育甘蔗新品种、推广新栽培技术、改善以水利建设为中心的耕作条件、逐步推行蔗田作业机械化等。

Study on sustainable development sugarcane production in China

Abstract:Millable cane production characters and the major factors affecting cane yield production in the past 15 years in China were analyzed in this paper.Sustainable development potential of the sugarcane production was also discussed.It was considered that there was a large sugar consumption market in China,which would bring a big survival space for the sugarcane industry development.Further cane sugar production increment would mainly rely on the improvement of both cane yield per hectare and sucrose content in cane,whereas the potential of planting area enlargement was very limited.Energy shortage has brought a new development space for sugarcane production.Corresponding measures to boost up China's sustainable sugarcane industry were also put forward,such as breeding new sugarcane varieties,applying new cultivation techniques,improving tillage conditions,especially to solve the problem of water shortage,implementing mechanization,enhancing work productivity,etc.
