韭园沟流域的洪水资源化研究

洪水给人类带来过巨大灾难，但其本身并不单具有灾害属性，在某种程度上还具有资源属性，即具有水害和水利双重特性。我国西北地区水资源短缺，年降雨主要集中在汛期，洪水资源化能缓解此区水资源尖锐供需矛盾.地处我国西北部的韭园沟流域经过50 a洪水资源化的实践，取得了较好效果，洪水资源化程度达到24.2%.文中总结了韭园沟流域洪水资源化的技术要点和实施措施。

Research of Flood Resources in Jiuyuangou Basin

Floods have both disasters and significant resources characteristics, that is not only to bring human catastrophe, but also to attribute of resources. Water resources are of shortage in northwest of China, and the rainfall mainly concentrated in the flood season, floods resources of the area to ease the acute imbalance between supply and demand of water resources. Jiuyuangou basin, which is located in the northwest of China, has achieved good results after 50 a flood resources of the practice and the flood of resources reach 24.2%. The technical points and implementation measures of the Jiuyuangou basin flood resources are summed up in this paper.
