穴盘育苗技术在甜椒育种中的应用研究

从甜椒穴盘苗种子发芽势、秧苗素质以及定植后植株生长过程中坐果和抗病性等方面，研究了甜椒穴盘育苗的优势以及幼苗生长过程中的管理方法。结果表明：不同的种子处理方法，对甜椒种子发芽势、秧苗素质以及定植后植株坐果和抗病能力等各方面有显著影响；不同的育苗基质配比，对甜椒种子发芽率影响不显著，但对秧苗素质影响显著；植株开花前不同的化控方法，对植株生长过程中的坐果和抗病性有显著影响。
