摘    要:用耐氨型固氮菌的催娩克氏菌和阴沟肠杆菌液体活菌及粉剂溶液对节瓜和黄瓜种子作浸种处理 ,结果表明 :两种处理均可提高幼苗素质 ,节瓜地上部干重分别为对照的 135 76 %和 139 0 7% ,粉剂处理根干重为对照的 12 8 5 7% ,节瓜幼苗根中SOD活性分别为对照组的 137 5 7%和 15 3 2 4 % ;黄瓜地上部干重、根干重及SOD活性也有增加

Abstract:Seedling diathesis and the activity of SOD in the seedling of Benincasa hispida Cogn.and Cucumis sativus L.which treated by Klebsiella oxytoca and Enterobacter cloacae were studied.The results showed that seedling diathesis and the activity of SOD obviously increased.The maximum increasments were 135 76% and 139 07% in dry weight and 128 57% in dry root weight,and 137 5%,153 24% in the activity of SOD of Benincasa hispida Cogn.The activity of SOD obviously increased in Cucumis sativus L.
