厌氧消化处理生活垃圾工艺研究

摘    要:对城市垃圾进行实验室规模的厌氧消化制取沼气的实验结果表明,生活垃圾经分类收集、破碎、搅拌粉碎后,进行厌氧处理,可以获得较高的处理效率,并能回收沼气。最佳进料固体浓度是16%;水力停留时间应大于10天,以15天为宜。一吨有机垃圾可产气110m^3,其中甲烷含量高于53%。在此基础上,进行了物料平衡和COD利用率计算。

Abstract:A batch anaerobic digestion is used to treat organic fraction of municipal solid waste(MSW).The MSW is collected separately,cut and milled.The results show that anaerobic digestion is good for MSW treatment as well as energy recovery.TS Concentration of 16% or less is recommended;HRT should be longer than 10days and 15 days is recommended;mean gas production of MSW is 110m 3/tTS;CH 4 Content is higher than 54%.Materials balance and COD utilization ratio is calculated based on the experimental results.
