| 摘 要： | 中草药对离体肠管运动具有抑制、促 进或双向调节作用,其作用主要由乙酰胆碱、 肾上腺素、5 HT受体介导,可能有NO神经 递质的参与,或由药物直接对平滑肌起作用。 目前,影响肠管动力的中草药制剂的研究尚 处于以中草药粗提物作为制剂的阶段,需要 加快中草药活性物质的分离提纯工作,广泛 开展中草药对离体肠管运动作用的实验研 究,将研究成果运用于治疗胃肠运动障碍性 疾病。

| Abstract: | Chinese medicinal herbs have inhibitory and promotive action on the movement of isolated intestine, or regulate the movement in dual-direction.The effects are mainly mediated by cholinergic receptor or adrenergic receptor,or by 5-HT receptor.Nitric oxide(NO) may involve in regulating the movement.And Chinese medicinal herbs can directly act on intestinal muscle.At present,coarse extract from Chinese medicinal herbs is used to test for motility of isolated intestine.Separating and purifying active substance from Chinese medicinal herbs must be stepped up.The experiment of isolated intestine with Chinese medicinal herbs should been widely carried out, and the outcome of studies should be applied to treat motor disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. |
