| 摘 要： | 在我国城市经济建设迅速发展中,日益恶化的水资源压力对自来水行业提出了前所未有的挑战。如何分析自来水产业自身特点,如何解决自来水产业在发展过程中遇到的困难,如何有针对性地改变观念,以求得获取更好的经济效益和社会效益,已经是一个迫切而现实的需要研究的问题。本文对这些问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Along with the city's rapid economic development,the gradual improvement of the market economy,and the incre-asingly fierce industry competition,the worsening of water pressure poses an unprecedented challenge to the water industry.How to analyze the characteristics of Running Water Industry,how to solve the difficulties encountered in the development of this in-dustry and how to change the concept of targeted,are very important.In the vision of the entire industry,if we want to achieve better access to economic and social benefits,we must study the realistic and urgent issue. |
