联苯菊酯对棉叶气孔开张度的影响

摘    要:采用田间喷施和室内显微镜检方法 ,研究了棉株叶片气孔日动态变化及联苯菊酯在新疆塔里木地区气候环境条件下对棉株叶片的气孔影响。结果证明 ,棉株叶片气孔的开张度在一天中随时间呈“双峰”型变化趋势 ,喷施农药的叶片气孔的开张度也呈“双峰”型变化 ,但与未喷药的棉花叶片有明显差异 ,表明农药可能影响棉株的生理代谢过程。

Abstract:Diurnal changes in stomata divergence degree of cotton leaf and effects of the pesticide bifenthrin on stoma were studied in this paper. The result was as fellow: the daily stomata divergence degree varied with a double peak curve in clear day. When applied bifenthrin, the stomata divergence degree increased significantly, while the curve of diurnal variation of stoma was still demonstrated two peaks. It has been indicated that the pesticide probably affected the physiological metabolism course of cotton plants.
