摘    要:本研究应用水资源系统分析理论,从新疆水资源形成与分类,地表水与地下水的转化关系,地下水开发利用存在的问题分析,提出新疆区域地下水开发利用模式,即超采区(吐哈盆地)的严格控制开采地下水,地表水资源丰富区,适度开采地下水;土壤盐渍化严重和地下水位高的地区,增加地下水开采规模,在流域不同地貌单位分限制,调蓄,调控和禁止4个开采区。

Study on Best Approach for Groundwater Utilization in Xinjiang
Abstract:This article uses system analysis theory in analyses of formation and distribution of water resources in Xinjiang, interaction between surface water and groundwater, and mainproblems in current ground water utilization, and, based on the analysis, proposes to strictly limit ground water utilization in over abstraction area (Tu Ha Basin), to allow appr opriate abstraction in areas with abundant surface water resources, and to increase groundwater abstraction in highlysaline areas and areas with high ground water table. It divides the river basin into 4 categories of areas depending on various geological units, including areas with limited ground water use,ground water regulating and storing areas, ground water regulation and control areas, and areas where ground water utilization is banned. Such analysis is of great importance in guiding groundwater utilization in Xinjiang.
