| Abstract: | The functional response of Stenus macies to its prey, Myzus persicae, and to itsown density was simulated using Holling and Watt models. The functional response ofthe adult and the larve of the predator to the prey and to its own population densitycan be described by the models of Holling and Watt. A X~2 lest showed that thetheoretical expectation fits the observed value (P>O.05). |
