蛋鸡饲料中添加植酸酶对蛋鸡生产性能的影响

摘    要:摘要: 选择40周龄健康的海兰褐壳蛋鸡1200只,随机分为3组,设1个对照组和2个试验组。2个试验组饲喂在对照组基础上分别添加300、600U/kg植酸酶的日粮,其营养标准相对对照组分别降低了0.1%、0.2%的有效磷,研究产蛋鸡饲料中添加植酸酶来替代部分磷酸氢钙对产蛋鸡生产性能、蛋壳厚度、鸡蛋品质和饲料成本的影响。试验结果表明:产蛋鸡饲料中添加300U/kg植酸酶替代0.1%有效磷与对照组相比,产蛋率提高了1.8%,蛋重、蛋壳厚度、鸡蛋品质(哈氏单位) 、采食量统计上差异不显著(P>0.05);添加600U/kg植酸酶替代0.2%有效磷与对照组相比,产蛋率提高了1.7%,但蛋壳厚度降低了2.8%,蛋重、采食量、鸡蛋品质(哈氏单位)统计上差异不显著(P>0.05)。

Abstract:Abstract: Chooses 40 weeks age health Hiran brown shell layer 1200, divides into 3 groups stochastically, supposes 1 control group and 2 experimental group. 2 experimental groups feed in the control group foundation to increase 300、 600 U/kg phytases separately the date grain, its nutrition standard relative control group reduced 0.1%、0.2% effective phosphorus separately. Trial period 30 days, in the research layer feed increases the phytase to substitute the partial calcium hydrogen phosphate to the layer performance trait、 egg shell thickness、 the egg quality and the feed cost influence. The test result indicated: Produces in the layer feed to increase 300 U/kg phytases to substitute 0.1% effective phosphorus and the control group performance trait compares, the intensity of laying enhanced 1.8%, the egg has been heavy, 、 egg shell thickness、 the egg quality (unit) 、picked in the appetite statistics the difference not remarkable (P>0.05), . Increases 600 U/kg phytases to substitute 0.2% effective phosphorus and the control group compares, the intensity of laying enhanced 1.7%, but egg shell thickness reduced 2.8%, the egg heavy、 picks the appetite、 the egg quality (unit) to count on the difference not remarkable (P>0.05).
