活性炭对大白菜游离小孢子成胚和成苗的影响

摘    要:以日本引进"夏将军"大白菜为试材,试图建立高效大白菜(B.campestris L.ssp.pekinensis)的游离小孢子培养植株再生体系,研究在NLN培养基中添加不同水平活性炭对大白菜游离小孢子胚发生和发育的影响。结果表明:100 mg/L活性炭可显著促进大白菜游离小孢子成胚,达340胚,较对照提高66.61%。但是随活性炭浓度提高,对小孢子成胚具有抑制作用;在MS培养基中添加0~150 mg/L活性炭对子叶形胚状体成苗没有显著的促进作用,但100 mg/L活性碳处理可促进双苗发生,成苗率为131.25%,比对照提高了16.67%。但活性炭浓度含量过高,则抑制小孢子的成苗。

Abstract:The microspore was isolated from Chinese cabbage(B.campestris L.ssp.pekinensis)from Japan.Studied the effect of different AC concentration on microspore-derived embryos and plantlet regeneration in NLN medium.The results showed that 100 mg/L AC could significantly promote the microspore embryogenesis up to 340,increasing 66.61%than CK.But the higher concentration AC had inhibition to embryo emergence.The rate of regenerated plantlet in MS with 0~150 mg/L AC was not different.However,100 mg/L AC could promot...
