摘    要:在对功能元方案设计方法进行拓扑结构分析的基础上,针对农机二次性开发的要求,提出了以功能整体类比、可整合性为特征的功能模块概念以及基于功能特征模块的机械原理方案设计方法,通过对功能模块的内部、外部特征分析提出了适合设计系统具体要求的功能模块的数据结构,并给出了其具体实现。根据设计方案确定中实际存在的模糊性,对用模糊理论进行方案选优过程进行了研究。在此基础上开发设计机构运动方案模块化设计平台MD-MKS。

Abstract:With the topological analyses of the function unit method, a new design method based on the module technology was discussed in this paper. This method focused on the requirement for the secondary exploiting of farming machines. The function module marked with integral analogy and function compounding was demonstrated in detail and the mechanical kinematics scheme based on the functional feature module was developed. By analyzing the external and internal feature functions of module, the digital structure was presented to meet the demand of design system, and was carried out to realize the system. Because of the fuzzy problems existing in the establishing of design scheme, the process of scheme optimizing was studied in the light of the fuzzy theory. On the above basis, a mechanical kinematics scheme module design platform was developed.
