软枣发芽技术研究

目的]为软枣的育苗提供经验。方法]将成熟的野软枣果实分别贮藏在冰柜、阴凉处,在35℃的温水、凉水中浸种,种植于秋后深翻冻晒、播种前犁的土壤中,进行发芽试验,总结软枣发芽的规律。结果]贮藏方式、浸种方式和土壤准备方式对软枣发芽率的影响无显著差异,发芽率均在88%以上。因为软枣种子水分保持能力强,春天里有新鲜的水供细胞呼吸代谢就可以发芽,湿润疏松的土壤能够促使软枣种子继续发芽生长。结论]成熟的软枣种子发芽性能非常强,不需要特别的贮藏和浸种,也不需要特别的土壤准备,育苗非常省功,省种。

Study on the Germination Technology of Date-plum Persimmon

Objective] The purpose was to supply experiences for the breeding of date-plum persimmon.Method] The mature wild date-plum persimmon fruits were stored in refrigerator and cool place resp.The seeds were soaked in warm water at 35 ℃ and cool water and sowed in the soil treated with subsoiling and alternation of freezing and sunning and ploughed before sowing,to conduct the germination experiment so as to sum up the germination law of date-plum persimmon.Result] The influences of storage,seed soaking and soil preparation modes on the germination rate of date-plum persimmon had no significant difference and the germination rates were all above 88%.The date-plum persimmon seeds would germinate if only there was fresh water for the respiratory metabolism of cell in spring,since they had strong water-retention capability.The humid and loose soil could promote date-plum persimmon seeds to continue germinating and growing.Conclusion] The mature date-plum persimmon seeds had very strong germination performance,neither needed special storage and seed soaking,nor needed special soil preparation,so the seedling raising was very work-saving and seed-saving.
