摘    要:针对林业装备常常在坡地及坑洼等复杂地形行驶与作业,造成驾驶员操作精准度、工作效率、舒适性以及安全性降低等问题,设计了一种林用装备作业平台的自动调平系统。此系统采用Stewart六自由度并联机构进行调平,在进行样机参数化三维设计、建模后导入运动分析软件ADAMS中仿真分析,优化自动调平系统的控制策略与逻辑,并与软件MATLAB/Simulink进行联合仿真以验证系统的性能。结果表明:优化设计后的自动调平系统可实现横、纵坡度30°范围内的准确调节,加速度、重心高度等参数指标相比普通装备有效下降,能够达到提升林用装备工作效率与安全性的目的。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of driver’s operational precision,work efficiency,comfort and safety declining caused by forestry equipment often travels and works on slopes and potholes,an automatic leveling system for forest equipment was designed.Stewart’s six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism was used for leveling,It was imported into the motion analysis software ADAMS for simulation analysis after performing parametric three-dimensional design and modeling.The control strategy and logic of the automatic leveling system were optimized and co-simulated with MATLAB/Simulink to verify the system performance.The optimized automatic leveling system can achieve accurate adjustment within 30°of horizontal and vertical slopes.The parameters such as acceleration and center of gravity were effectively reduced compared with common equipment,which can improve the efficiency and safety of forest equipment.
