UV-B辐射对野菊表皮毛发育的影响

摘    要:以野菊(Dendrathema indicum)为试验材料,用紫外光UV-B进行辐射处理,处理时间分别为0(CK)、12、33、54 d,研究紫外光对野菊叶片表皮毛不同发育时期的影响。结果表明:UV-B处理后叶片不同发育时期的腺毛形态比CK成熟,在UV-B处理54 d组C(叶龄18 d)时期的腺毛成熟度达到CK组G(叶龄33 d)时期的状态,非腺毛UV-B处理组形态上都发生不同程度的扭曲,其中54 d处理组最扭曲,同处理组形态上变化不明显;叶片不同发育时期叶表和叶背腺毛密度随着UV-B处理时间的增加呈先上升后下降趋势,非腺毛呈上升趋势;非腺毛和腺毛的比例则整体呈下降趋势。

Abstract:The effects of UV-B on the development of epidermal hairs in the leaves of Dendranthema indicum were studied by setting the treatment times of 0(CK),12,33 and 54 d.After UV-B treatment,the glandular hair of different developmental stages was more mature than CK,and the glandular hair maturity of 54 d group C(18 d)reached the state of G(33 d)of CK group,while the shape of non-glandular hair UV-B treatment group was distorted to different degrees,of which 54 d treatment group was the most twisted,and the shape of the same treatment group was not significantly changed;the leaf surface of different developmental stages was distorted With the increase of UV-B treatment time,the density of glandular hairs on the back of leaves increased first and then decreased,while that of non-glandular hairs increased;the proportion of non-glandular hairs and glandular hairs decreased as a whole.
