摘    要:茶树是我国重要的经济作物,由于自交不亲和、杂交结实率低,长期异交导致其遗传背景复杂。对茶树育性机理方面的探索将有利于创新茶树种质资源,并可为提高茶树育种效率、开展遗传学研究等提供理论基础,但目前国内外关于这一方面的研究较少。本文从植物自交不亲和入手对茶树育性相关研究进展进行综述,同时总结了茶树花发育相关分子研究成果,简要提出了今后的研究方向。

Abstract:Tea plant is an important economic crop in China.Due to self-incompatibility and low cross seed setting rate,long-term heterosis results in complicated genetic background.The exploration of the mechanism of tea fertility will be beneficial to the innovation of tea germplasm resources,and provide a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of tea breeding and carrying out genetic research,but at present,there are few researches on this aspect at home and abroad.This paper reviews the research progress of tea plant from the perspective of plant self-incompatibility,and summarizes the molecular research results of tea floral development,and puts forward briefly the research direction in the future.
