摘    要:通过对板材气味综合评价来指导消费者对家具板材进行科学选取。以三聚氰胺贴面刨花板、素板为研究对象,通过嗅闻气味化合物种类及强度,构建灰色聚类模型用于三聚氰胺贴面刨花板气味评价。贴面刨花板各灰类聚类系数分别为0.2553、0.3490、0.0300、0、0,评价等级为二级,质量良好。素板各灰类聚类系数为0.2555、0.4688、0.4800、0.1108、0,评价等级为三级,质量合格。素板的评价等级低于贴面刨花板,其中有一定的危害物质释放,对刨花板进行适当的贴面处理能够降低板材危害性。灰色聚类法综合考虑了气味浓度、毒性、强度,使结果更加精准。它既具有模糊综合评判的优点,又克服了其不足,可以引导人们从另一全新角度评价板材质量,是一种可利用的方法。

Abstract:Melamine-veneered particleboards and particleboards were studied by analyzing the intensity of odorant compounds.The clustering coefficients of melamine-veneered particleboards under different gray classes were 0.2553,0.3490,0.0300,0 and 0.The clustering coefficients of particleboards were 0.2555,0.4688,0.4800,0.1108 and 0,respectively.The odor rating of melamine-veneered particleboards was in grade two and its quality was fine,but the odor rating of particleboards was in grade three and its quality was qualified.The evaluation level of particleboards was lower than that of melamine-veneered particleboards.A lot of harmful substances are released from particleboards which threatens human health,veneer could help reduce the harm of boards.The combined influence of concentration,intensity and acute toxicity of various odorant compounds were studied by grey clustering.The grey clustering method not only has the advantages of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,but also overcomes its shortcomings.The grey clustering method could accurately evaluate the quality of boards from a new perspective.
