不同种源紫苏叶片性状的差异

摘    要:以来自全国7个种源的紫苏(Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt.)为研究对象,从形态学水平观测紫苏叶片性状,分析不同种源紫苏叶片性状差异。结果表明:安徽种源紫苏叶片面积最大(147.70 cm^2),云南种源叶面积最小(71.50 cm^2),叶片性状的变异系数均值为3.67%~12.00%;说明不同种源紫苏的叶片性状变异明显,其中叶面积的变异系数最大,变异幅度最广;河南种源的比叶面积值最大(551.54 cm^2/g),适应能力强于其他地区;叶片的9个性状可以综合为2个主成分,累计贡献率达84.52%。

Abstract:The leaf characters of Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt.from seven provenances in China were observed from morphological level,and the differences of leaf characters of different provenances were analyzed.The leaf area of Perilla of Anhui provenance is the largest(147.70 cm^2),and that of Yunnan provenance is the smallest(71.50 cm^2).The mean value of variation coefficient of leaf characters is 3.67%-12.00%.It shows that the variation of leaf characters of Perilla of different provenance is obvious,among which the variation coefficient of leaf area is the largest and the variation range is the widest.The specific leaf area can reflect the adaptability of plants to the surrounding environment.The maximum specific leaf area of Henan provenance is 551.54 cm^2/g,which is stronger than other areas.The nine characters of leaves can be integrated into two main components,with the cumulative contribution rate of 84.52%.
