氨基化纳米纤维素改性无醛装饰纸的制备及性能

摘    要:为了研究氨基化纳米纤维素(AEAPMDS-CNC)改性无醛装饰纸吸附CO2的性能,通过3-(2-氨基乙氨基)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(AEAPMDS)接枝到纳米纤维素(CNC)改性无醛装饰纸,采用傅里叶红外光谱对AEAPMDS-CNC进行表征,分析AEAPMDS和CNC质量分数、反应时间及叔丁醇对浸渍纸吸附CO2性能试验,对改性后的无醛装饰纸的表面胶合性能和表面耐磨性能进行了测试。结果表明:改性剂没有破坏CNC的基本形态,AEAPMDS与CNC接枝成功;浸渍纸的吸附性能随AEAPMDS、CNC质量分数的增加而增加,随反应时间的增加而适当增加,最佳时间为4 h,叔丁醇的存在也有利于提高其吸附性能;装饰纸吸附量最大为1.606 mmol/g,对其是否可重复吸附仍在进一步探究中;改性后的无醛装饰纸的表面胶合强度基本不变,表面耐磨性能有一定的提高。

Abstract:In order to study the adsorption of CO2 on aminated nanocellulose modified aldehyde-free decorative paper,it was modified by grafting of 3-(2-aminoethylamino)propylmethyldimethoxysilane to nanocellulose(AEAPMDS-CNC).A formaldehyde-free decorative paper,AEAPMDS-CNC was characterized by FT-IR,and the AEAPMDS and CNC amount,reaction time and tert-butanol adsorption on CO2 performance of impregnated paper were analyzed,the surface adhesive property and surface abrasion resistance of the modified aldehyde-free decorative paper were tested.The modifier did not destroy the basic form of CNC,and the grafting of AEAPMDS with CNC was successful.The adsorption performance of impregnated paper was increased with the increase of AEAPMDS and CNC content,and increased with the increase of reaction time.The best time was 4 h;the presence of tert-butanol was also beneficial to improve its adsorption performance;the maximum amount of decorative paper adsorption was 1.606 mmol/g,and its reproducible adsorption was still under further investigation.The surface rubber strength of the modified aldehyde-free decorative paper was basically unchanged,and the surface abrasion resistance was improved.
