1999年江苏省稻瘟病菌群体遗传结构分析

摘    要:对 1999年分离自江苏五大稻区代表地通州、高邮、赣榆、宜兴、吴江的 98个稻瘟菌标样进行了DNA指纹图谱分析 ,结果表明 :江苏田间自然发生的稻瘟菌有较丰富的遗传多样性 ,在 5 5 %的相似性水平上可以将参试菌株划分为 7个遗传系谱 ,各地区所含遗传系谱的数量和谱系分布均不相同 ,其中赣榆地区稻瘟菌遗传多样性较为复杂 ,而宜兴地区最为简单 ,仅含 2个系谱 ;采自不同地区或相邻地区不同田块同一水稻品种上的稻瘟菌同样存在遗传背景上的差异

Abstract:In 1999,ninety eight samples of Magnaporthe grisea collected from Tongzhou,Gaoyou,Ganyu,Yixing and Wujiang where respectively represent five rice regions in Jiangsu were isolated and cultured for DNA extraction Then the samples were amplified by rep PCR fingerprint technique and were studied by cluster analysis of UPGRAM.The genetic diversities of these isolates were rich.At 55% similarity level,all isolates could be divided into 7 genetic lineages.The amount and structure of lineages in each rice region were different.The isolates from Ganyu had high genetic diversities which consist of 6 lineages,while that from Yixing had the lowest which consist of 2 lineages only.The genetic variation of the isolates from the same rice variety existed at different locations or rice fields at the same location.
