| 摘 要： | 自2005年以来,河南省对全省12个退耕县、12个退耕村和120个退耕农户进行了连续8年的效益监测。监测结果表明:退耕还林工程能够有效地减少坡耕地水土流失面积,能够稳定地增强粮食产品持续供给能力,能够促进农民增收和农村社会发展。

| Abstract: | In the project area for returning farmland to forest in Henan Province, we monitored the project benefit in 12 counties, 12 villages and 120 families for 8 years from the year 2005. The result showed that the project can effectively reduce the slope area of water and soil erosion, increase the stable ability of crop supplying, and promote the farmer＇ s income and rural society development. |
