| Abstract: | The development of network and information technology has put forward challenges to the traditional management of academic libraries. This paper discusses in detail the strategy of the Library of Beijing Agricultural College, which gives opinions to the challenge, and based on that, the author discusses the team building, resource construction, organizational structure and services in academic libraries under network environment. |
