蓝莓组培苗瓶内生根的探讨

摘    要:为了快速繁殖蓝莓(Semen trigonellae)新品种,以蓝莓品种蓝丰(Blue-crop)、伯克利(Berkely)组培苗为材料,以1/2 WPM为基本培养基,加入不同浓度的外源激素IBA和IAA,对蓝莓进行瓶内生根诱导.结果表明,不同浓度和种类的激素对蓝莓的生根效果不同,不同品种瓶苗生根所需的浓度也有所不同,IBA效果比LAA效果好;蓝丰在0.1 mg·L-1IBA的培养基上.生根数量和生根率最好,28天的生根率迭100%;而伯克利在0.05 mg·L-1 IBA的培养基上,32天时生根率达到100%.

Abstract:In order to propagate the new species of Semen trigonellae rapidly, taking the Blue-crop and Berkely tissue culture seedling as the materials, we induced the Semen trigonellae to take root in the bottles by adding different concentration of exogenous hormones, IBA and IAA to 1 / 2 WPM. The results stated that different concentration and kinds of hormone had different effects on root taking of Semen trigonellae; the concentration for different kinds of seedling to take root was different, IBA had better effe...
