大豆柱头外露突变体PSA-1的发现与遗传分析

摘    要:从栽培大豆地方品种黄山七月黄与辽宁野生大豆N23460杂交后代中发现柱头外露突变体PSA-1,其花形态正常,但开花时花丝伸长受阻,使部分花柱和柱头伸出花药。不同播期的PSA-1植株生长正常,其花器柱头外露性状表现稳定。遗传分析表明,此柱头外露性状受2对独立遗传的隐性重叠基因控制。因此,该性状可用于大豆异交结实性改良。

Abstract:A mutant with protruding stigma from anthers(PSA)designated as PSA-1 was identified from the progenies of the cross between cultivated soybean accession Huangshan Qiyuehuang and Liaoning annual wild soybean N23460.The flowers of PSA-1 had normal structure except the stigmas protruding from anthers,and the protruding stigma trait was stable in different planting dates.Genetic analysis indicated that the PSA trait was controlled by two pairs of duplicated recessive genes.The PSA trait might be useful in the improvement of outcrossing ability of soybean.
