消费者协会的职能及行使

消费者协会作为社会团体组织,其职能是通过自己的活动提高消费者的消费能力,监督经营者的行为,保护消费者的合法权益,即"事先预防为主,事后救济为辅"。应以《消费者权益保护法》为指导,充分发挥消费者协会的职能,建立相应的检测机构,强化其防御职能。

On Consumer Association's function and exercises

The Consumer Association as the social group,whose function is to enhance the spending power of consumers through its activities and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,that is"focusing on prevention in advance,the relief as supplement".The legitimate interests of consumer protection should be based on "Consumer Protection Act",give full play to the functions of the Consumer Association and create detection of the institutions to strengthen its defense functions.
