| 摘 要： | 以中国沙棘休眠茎段为外植体,进行了组织培养二步成苗的技术研究。结果表明:茎段嫩梢萌发生长最适宜的培养基为B5+BA 0.5mg/L+IBA 0.05mg/L,将其剪切成嫩梢的方式接种进行生根培养效果最好,最佳的生根培养基为1/2B5+IBA 0.05mg/L。

| Abstract: | The technique of two-step-seedling formation from tissue culture of Hippophae rhamnoides L.subsp.sinensis Rousi was studied,with the dormant stem segments as explants.The results showed that the B5+BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L was the most suitable medium for germination and growth of a little tender stem;To cut into its tender for a little way to rooting culture inoculated best,1/2B5+IBA 0.05 mg/L was the best rooting medium. |
