超声波辅助法对四川九节龙总黄酮提取工艺的研究

摘    要:在超声波条件下,通过单因素试验与正交实验研究了四川九节龙黄酮提取的最佳条件。结果表明:料液比1∶40、超声功率300W、超声时间10min、水浴提取温度80℃为九节龙黄酮的最佳提取条件,提取率为5.68%。

Abstract:The experiment was used ultrasonic wave assisted method for the extraction of the total flavonoids from Ardisia pusilla.The extraction of the total flavonoids from Ardisia pusilla were carried on by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that optimum condition for the extraction was as follows:solid-to-liquid ratio was 1∶40,ultrasonic power was 300 W,ultrasonic time was 10 min and extraction temperature was 80℃,and extraction rate was 5.68%.
