车辆传动系性能评价与方案优化

摘    要:车辆传动系是决定车辆表现性能的关键因素之一。针对车辆的各种应用需求和技术特点,对传动系的性能指标进行了模拟计算。通过分析和评价多种系统方案,合理对车辆传动系进行匹配,这对车辆性能的研究与最终应用有着重要的意义。利用层次分析法提出车辆传动系方案的多目标、多层次的评价指标,并通过实例对其可行性进行验证。该方法为车辆传动系方案的优化提供了有效手段。

Abstract:The driveline is an important part which determines vehicle performance. Evaluation is needed to choose the best scheme for the differ-purpose vehicle. By scheme analysis and estimation,optimal matching plans can be implemented. It has significant influence on vehicle design and performance estimation. A kind of multi-objects and multi-layered evaluative index about driveline schemes was found out by using the AHP method. The feasibility is validated by carrying out the comprehensive evaluation on truck design. The present method is effective and practical for driveline matching.
