摘    要:昆虫血淋巴黑化的形成由激活酚氧化酶原的级联系统所引发,酚氧化酶在昆虫体液免疫中起着非常重要的作用。本试验以家蚕3龄末期开始每天抽取血淋巴制成粗酶液,以L-DOPA为底物,测定各龄期活力分布规律,并且通过改变酚氧化酶与底物反应的条件,发现温度与PH值对酚氧化酶添力具有很大的影响。

Abstract:The melanism of blood lymph of insects is casused by the cascade system which activates prophenoloxidase. Phenoloxidase palys very important roles in the body fluid immune system of insects. In this experiment, blood lymph of third instar larvae of Bombyx mori was extracted to make into crude enzyme fluid every day from the telophase and L-DOPA taken as a substrate to measure the activity distribution law at every instar of Bombyx mori. After changing the conditions of the reaction between phenoloxidase and the substrate , it was found that temperature and PH had great effects on the activity of phenoloxidase.
