利用外资项目建设经济林基地的经验和启示

为了使经济林基地建设在实现预期经济效益的同时兼顾生态效益和社会效益,总结了安徽省利用外资项目建设经济林基地的几点经验:在规划时,注重市场调查和群众参与;在项目实施中,注重环境保护、良种壮苗和技术培训;在项目实施后,注重项目监测和产品安全;在项目取得成果时,注重产品销售和加工。并就如何促使经济林基地建设在实现预期经济效益的同时实现经济效益、生态效益和社会效益的统一提出了几条措施。

Experiences and Revelation in Nonwood Forest Base Construction by Foreign Capital Project

In order to realize expected economic benefit,and consider ecological benefit and social benefit,some experiences in nonwood forest base construction by foreign capital project were summarized.The following aspects should be paid attention to,market investigation and mass participation in planning project;environmental protection,breeding fine variety and strong seedlings,technical training during implementing project;project monitoring and product safety after implementing project;products sales and processing after acquiring some achievements. Some measures for gaining good economic,ecological and social benefits were put forward.
