摘    要:在PEG模拟水分胁迫条件下,对PB86,PR107,RRIM600和GT1巴西橡胶树实生苗进行了多项生理指标的测定,利用主成分分析法和隶属函数值法对影响橡胶树抗旱性的主要生理指标和不同品系实生苗的抗旱性进行了分析评价.结果表明,与橡胶树抗旱性最密切的生理指标为:叶片相对含水量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛含量、叶片相对电导率和可溶性糖含量;4个品系橡胶树实生苗的抗旱性从强到弱的顺序为GT1>PR107>RRIM600>PB86.

Abstract:Hevea brasiliensis seedlings of clones PB86, PR107, RRIM600 and GT1 were observed under PEG simulating water stress to estimate their physiological indexes related to drought resistance. Principal component analysis and subordinate function methods showed that relative electrical conductivity rate, soluble sugar, malondialdehyde and soluble proteins were the most important physiological indexes for drought resistance in rubber trees, and that all the clones under trial gave a drought resistance in the order of GT1 > PR107 > RRIM600 > PB86.
