| Abstract: | Based on introduction of history about management system of state-owned forest in Germany,the paper discussed the effects about management system reform of state-owned forest in Germany,and analyzed Hessen State reform case.Then the paper drew conclusions,which could be used for reference in management system reform of state-owned forest in China. |
