切根对马尾松苗木及造林初期生长的影响

为提高马尾松苗木质量和造林质量,本文分析了切根对马尾松苗木及造林初期的生长特征。结果表明:切根对马尾松苗木及造林初期生长具有显著的影响。马尾松切根苗苗高、主根长不如对照组,但地径、侧根数、侧根长显著优于未切根苗,径高比的改善提高了苗木质量,有利于提高马尾松造林保存率。造林3年后,切根苗木高生长与未切根苗木相当。

Effects of root cutting on the Pinus massoniana seedlings and afforestation

In order to improve the seedling and afforestion quality of Pinus massoniana, the effects of root cutting of P. massoniana on the seedling and afforestation indexes were surveyed by comparing the seedling quality and afforestation indexes of P. massoniana with root cutting treatment. The result showed that root cutting treatment affected the growing indexes of the seedlings and afforestation i.e. the treatment reduced the seedling height and main root length while it enhanced the ground diameter, number and length of lateral root. The seedling quality was improved and helpful to increase the afforestation preserved number. The tree height, 3 years after planted, was similar to or even better than that of CK.
