中间球海胆体腔液提取物对HEPG_2细胞的脂质过氧化作用

摘    要:研究了不同浓度中间球海胆Strongylocentrotus intermedius体腔液提取物对人肝癌细胞HEPG2的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果显示:用中间球海胆体腔液提取物处理HEPG2细胞24 h后,SOD、CAT、GSH-Px的活性随加入提取物浓度的增加而降低,MDA含量随加入提取物浓度的增加而增加,呈现剂量依赖关系。说明中间球海胆体腔液提取物破坏了HEPG2细胞抗氧化系统的动态平衡,可引起人肝癌细胞HEPG2脂质过氧化损伤。

Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of extracts from coelomic fluid in sea urchin Strongylocentrotus intermedius on the cellular superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GPH-Px) activities and malonaldehyde(MDA) content were studied in HEPG2 cells in human.There were increase in the activities of SOD,CAT,GSH-Px in the human HEPG2 cells treated by the extract for 24 h.The MDA content were found to increase with increasing dose of the extract,indicating that the extract from coelomic...
